Return & Refund Policy of www.midwestdme.com

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item Midwest D.M.E. Supply will then give a full refund (excluding shipping and white glove delivery as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted and sale items can be returned unless otherwise stated under individual items.

Items that cannot be returned include personal items, bath safety equipment, mattresses, slings, custom built items, open box items and used equipment.

Midwest D.M.E. Supply will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Returned items are accepted if the item(s) is in the original packing with all the accessories unless those are bought separately. An RMA is required which can be requested by sending an email to support@midwestdme.com or calling 248-538-8429. The items should be returned within 14 days of receiving RMA.

Refund will be issued in the in the form of payment received.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. If the item is found to be damaged or used the refund will not be issued and the item returned to the customer and customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. All goods will be inspected on return.
